Since 11/2006, various VW dealerships have been unable to fix the climate control (a/c and heater) along with the radio, passenger side heated seat, rear passenger side window, Homelink, defroster flap, and dashboard panel lights. I've spent over $8000 to have VW repair the above problems but they have been unable to fix any of them and they are refusing to refund my money! Please help get the word out by continually writing and emailing VW of America, Attention: CEO Stefan Jacoby and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Automotive Repair, Attorney General, and NHSTA.
