The contact owns a 2012 Volkswagen Routan. The contact stated that the dvd player in the rear of the vehicle was blocking the visibility of the rear view mirror. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection but they stated that there the vehicle was performing as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
