Driving approximately 30-35 mph on dry, flat pavement...no potholes or road hazards. Heard thump from rear tire on passenger side (thought something fell over in trunk). Drove approximately 1/2 mile to home and when exiting vehicle heard hissing noise from tire. The tire has a slit in the tread/sidewall of approximately one-inch in length.
