The contact owns a 2018 Land Rover Range rover evoque. On multiple occasions, while the electronic liftgate was open, the liftgate erroneously attempted to close. As a result, the liftgate made contact with a person's back on several occasions while they were leaning into the rear of the vehicle. There were no injuries.
