  1. Water pump went out in less then 40,000 miles which was repaired under warranty.
  2. Soon after warranty period, front seat's rear plates just falls off, it was very cheesy design for a Porsche. Estimate was $700 per seat, parts and labor.
  3. Air bubble started on top of center console, had to poke it with needle to let out the air.
  4. Drive shaft went bad at 60,000 miles, which cost $ 1,200.
  5. Both front seat leather started to rip at around 68,000, driver seat was worse, cost was $500 to repair.
  6. Eye glasses compartment lid came apart, another very cheesy design.
  7. Lift gate, both shocks went bad at 55,000, cost was $800.00.
  8. Complained rear end noise when it was still in warranty, they told me its just tire noise. Now its worse!
  9. At 105,000 miles, engine craps out! Took it to the garage that I have been going to over 20 years, didn't even wanted work on the engine, part told there are no machine shops wanted to work on. Only options are either used engine, $6000 plus installation and more, or new engine haven't even priced yet, I'm afraid to!

So, bottom line is that will never buy another Porsche!!! My wife has 2003 Lexus and had not a single single problem. I have maintained both cars religiously. I sold it to junk yard for $500!!! Now I have 2015 Lexus RX350 and I love it!!! All I can say to Porsche is that " Shove this Cayenne up to your Rear!!!

I have wanted one of these Porsche since high school days and this SUV was very disappointing experience, have owned lots of cars in my life time and never have experienced engine problem like this case, even Chevy full Blazer I have had and put over 200,000 miles and engine never crapped out on me!!! Honestly did not expected from high end cars like Porsche.

Thank you for listening my complain.
