The contact owns a 2007 Saab 9-7X. While driving at 35 mph, the check engine warning light, the oil indicator light, and the "stop driving vehicle, take the vehicle to a dealer" indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer. The technician diagnosed that the engine coil needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. In addition, the contact also noticed that the vehicle was burning a lot of engine oil and there was blue smoke coming from the exhaust pipe intermittently. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer. The technician was unable to diagnose or repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 95,000.
