Considering the seat belt is important...and necessary to wear while driving. It was an issue when it (all of a sudden) didn't clasp anymore. I am unsure what exactly was wrong with the buckle part (spring or what) but Toyota fixed it without problem and gave me a rental until the part came in. Customer service made up for it. But a seatbelt not working is inexcusable.
