The contact owns a 2005 Suzuki Verona. The contact stated that the vehicle was decelerating approximately 45 mph, and the engine stalled without warning. The engine restarted and resumed in operation. The failure occurred sporadically when decelerating. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic on numerous occasions for the identical failure where they were unable to duplicate the problem. The failure continued to occur. The vehicle was taken back to the mechanic for diagnostic testing and they detected a failure code within the throttle body. The contact stated that the vehicle experienced an identical failure related to the recall on the 2004 Suzuki Verona model. The related recall was NHTSA campaign id number 04V396000 fuel system, gasoline delivery. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 115,000.

My car's check engine light came on a month after I got the car in 2007. The throttle body had to be replaced on it. The dealership paid for it to be replaced. In 2008 my car did the same thing and the throttle body had to be replaced again. Now, my car is coming up with the same code again. This is keeping me from getting my car inspected.
