The contact owns a 2005 Suzuki Verona. The contact stated that the driver side seat belt failed to lock in the latch. In addition, both the rear passenger seat belts were stuck in the latch and would not release. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the driver side spring would not release. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 114,000.
