We, here is another complaint on the 2007 Suzuki XL7. It is a safety issue that I paid to have repaired myself. I only had to pay for the part as my Brother installed it. The electrical touchpad stopped working. WHY did Suzuki not anticipate this failure and therefore FAIL to design an optional way to enter or exit this vehicle? An optional key entry for the exterior or an interior latch to exit from the interior. I would have been as simple as that. Say there is an accident and the doors are jammed shut, there is NO way to exit the vehicle except from the rear!! Now can you say SAFETY ISSUE? Someone could burn up in an accident or die if not able to exit due to injuries! Once again Suzuki YOU would be liable! I suggest you put a little more thought into the design as well as the mechanics of your product! Think, think, think!
