It has happened twice so far. Being from New England, this is a major problem. The dealer replaced the fan motor dial the first time. At dealer now -not sure what will happen this time. People thought I was losing it, but it wasn't until the second time that I could find a common situation - COLD, WINDY WEATHER, below 20 degrees with a wind chill factor. Certainly hope the dealer finds the exact problem this time.

First time I used the air in this car it didn't work properly air isn't ever turned off it never gets cool enough to turn it off & the fan doesn't come on half the time you have to turn on and off to get it on it's annoying as heck of course warranty didn't want to cover they say nothing is wrong! I had an old monte carlo 1996 before I bought this crappy car that the air would run you out if you didn't turn it down and you can't ever turn the air down on this impala. I know it's not working properly i'm not a D***A** chevy people!
