Initially, the problem seemed as though we had the tow option selected...delayed shifting. The more we drove it the worse it became and finally the engine service light came on. Took it to the dealer and initially 2nd and 3rd gear were gone. They repaired that and during the test drive, 4th gear went out. They fixed that and all is well again. So, so happy we bought an extended warranty!
