Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph, there was an abnormal noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that rack and pinion needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 82,000.

The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated while driving approximately 15 mph, there was a sudden loss of power steering and the steering wheel became difficult to turn. The failure occurred on multiple occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for a diagnostic testing, who stated the rack and pinion and the power steering pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000.
