They just said nothing could be done at the time. Come June, the fix was pushed till August. I'm in touch with the dealership now, and they have said that parts are on hold, and they are waiting for Chrysler to release the parts. I have two young children in the car with me at all times. This car is not safe to drive, and Chrysler is not fixing the problem in a timely manner.
