The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Charger. While driving 30 mph, the accelerator pedal failed while attempting to accelerate. The driver used his hand to accelerate the vehicle and drive home. The pedal was electric. The dealer could not determine the cause of the failure. The current and failure mileages were 105,000.
