Called dealership in later afternoon, no answers so made online reservation (which took 30 minutes because website would crash). Received email confirmation of reservation. Drove 45 minutes to dealership, got there and they had no record of reservation.
Left car for 3 days while they determined problem and replaced front collision sensors.
