Engine frequently starts up running extremely rough, with hardly enough power to move the vehicle out of its tracks. It may continue running this way for a prolonged time, rendering it undriveable, or, in a minute or two, may smooth out and run normally. On occasion, it has started up and run normally for a few miles, then, while driving suddenly starts running rough again. It can be sitting running rough at idle, and suddenly smooth out without me even touching anything.
