We had purchased this vehicle used from a dealership and found that it was not covered under any warranty. WE expected the vehicle to be a "Top Performer" but are now left knowing that we made a lousy purchase. The vehicle at 38K miles has so far cost us 1.500-2,000 dollars in repairs.
The cracked Tone Ring apparently is a common issue with this vehicle and an expensive repair. You can temporarily remove the Slip Trac Fuse and drive the vehicle until repairs are made, but be aware you will need it in the winter...
