This was another clutch replacement covered under Ford warranty for the trans/clutch issues. No charge but a pain.

Car has had clutch issues off and on since we got it. Had the shudder issue looked at 4 times. Last dealer replaced the clutch a month ago, then had to reprogram it and fix the PCM & TCM for recall issues about a month later. All was done under warranty. Great service.

I would not recommend buying a Ford Fiesta, let alone a Ford in my opinion. My experience with this car has put a sour taste in my mouth for Ford products and will never buy another Ford. This was the second vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime and was meant to get me through the first years of my working career and start me off with a reliable car for my family. This car has been more of a hassle and safety issue than I had ever anticipated and now that I have a family this car worries me sick, I am constantly worrying whether it will get my family from point A to point B safely.

I have had the shuddering problem fixed multiple times, after giving Ford ample opportunity to get the issue fixed my transmission finally gave out and they gave me a complete new transmission after several complaints were made. Customer service did not make this process easy, even after I had purchased a dealer warranty on my car they told me that the issue was not a problem of theirs and tried to avoid fixing the problem until finally they did replace the transmission. I feel like I am walking on pins and needles with this car just waiting for the shudder to happen again.

This car has been an absolute nightmare for me and my family and we avoid taking it on any significant drives for fear it will not make it. My question to Ford is: Why did I, a young working professional invest my money in their unreliable vehicle?
