Just bought this car in the spring. Car looks great but handles like a piece of sh*t! I have taken it back to the dealer, they did the alignment and it helped a bit. I owned 5 Fords from 2000 up, this is the most recent and a piece of sh*t!

Mustang Coupe 3.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 14,000 miles

I NOTICED ABOUT 6 MONTHS AFTER BUYING THIS CAR NEW IT HAD A RATTLE COMING FROM THE FRONT END WHEN DRIVING OVER ROUGH ROADS. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THE TRAILING ARM BUSHINGS WERE BAD AND WOULD NEED REPLACING. AFTER GETTING THE PARTS THEY MADE THE REPAIRS.

THE CAR WAS FINE FOR ABOUT A WEEK THEN I NOTICED A LOUD RATTLING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT END. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THEY HAD FORGOTTEN TO TORQUE THE BOLTS TO THE TRAILING ARMS. THIS STOPPED THE RATTLING BUT NOW WHEN DRIVING ON A BUMPY ROAD IT IS VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE CAR BECAUSE THE STEERING WHEEL JERKS TO WHATEVER DIRECTION THE BUMP IS IN THE ROAD, I HAVE GOTTEN TO THE POINT I HATE DRIVING THIS CAR TO WORK EVERY DAY BECAUSE OF THE STEERING.

I HAVE IT SCHEDULED TO BE CHECKED AT THE DEALER IN THE MORNING AND IF THEY DON'T FIX THIS PROBLEM I WILL GET RID OF THE CAR. IT IS A PAIN IN THE ASS TO DRIVE THIS CAR.
