driving 45mph car in drive and it suddenly drops into first gear. It's an automatic, but 1st gear is displayed (as though I was in sport mode using the paddle shifter.) After 3 visits to the Ford dealer where they said it must be me hitting the paddle shifter. it now has finally happened to the tech who's stumped. He's waiting for Ford engineering to prescribe a solution. (it's going on a week).
