Ranger XLT 4.0L

When I bought the vehicle it only came with one key, unaware with all this upgraded security on vehicles I never gave it a thought, get a new key cut $1.50 or so, no biggie. (WRONG).

Security is great, but at what price... $20 to $30 dollars for a key blank to work with the Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) and it's still useless, give me a break. A dollar here a dollar there I can accept, but when it starts costing a days wages to replace two vehicle keys I get just a little upset. Makes me want to open the window and shout, (remember Network ? ), " Im tired of this sh*t and I m not going to take it anymore!!"
