My truck started leaking a couple winters ago in the rain. Sometimes pretty bad, sometimes not at all. I took it to the shop and had to find an autoglass professional. Most times you would think a collision guy for body/window problems, but they all had me go somewhere that did glass. The tech told me that he has fixed about 60 Rangers for this same problem. It is a leak in the sealant/gasket along the top of the rear slider. The part was only $18 and I'm sure you can get it at a dealership, but I'm not good with glass. Labor was 2 hours and the truck is good to go. So total at a shop was about $215.
