I went to use my cruise control and put my thumb right through the plastic covering! that was around the first of the month... then yesterday the right side button covering started to curl and I really noticed that the were very warm underneath. I normally don't put my hands near this area (underneath) so I never noticed the heat in the area. Because of the 2 issues I started to find why and noticed that both sides on the underside were VERY warm. Looked it up and saw a recall but Ford says my VIN is not included in the fix...uh why are they warm?? And how do I get this fixed?
