Ranger FX4 off road

  • 1,200 miles

i had the ranger less than a month, i took it off road and i still love the truck HOWEVER, at about 1200 miles the clutch started making noise. when you push the clutch in it squeaks, sounds kinda like a vacuum leak. its sooooo loud people around the general area look at you like your crazy. ford didnt really seem to want to help either, it took over 3 months just to get the part. not only that but ford has a technical service bulletin for this problem yet, i didnt get a phone call. the throwout (release, pressure) bearing, whatever you want to call it. was replaced and so far is working fine. the original problem never affected performance and never slipped it was just severely annoying.
