As a result, the vehicle flipped over and landed on its passenger side. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed and there were no injuries sustained. 5/3/2016 airbag recall. Bought car at ted russell Ford in 8551 kingston pike knoxville tn.37919. Ph# 865-223-6727. They and all Ford dealers state they can not repair because they can not get parts. Called Ford motors at 800-3923673. They state they gave ted russell Ford case # 14609722 to kelly service manager and they can, but ted russell Ford says they can not. I was even told that I would just have to continue to drive with dangerous airbag. Continues calls and visits last one dated below.
