Defective ABS speed indicator ring. It is cracked, slides off the axle and contacts the lower control arm causing front end vibration and noise. There are no ABS error messages or indicators. My concern is that in a panic stop the this will cause incorrect information to the ABS braking system and cause poor braking. Ford service says there are no service bulletins & want to charge me $200 to fix what I consider a manufacturing defect.
While driving ABS light appeared on the dashbroad intermittently. Dealership failed to fix defective brake light switch. The case was reported to the dispute settlement board.
