I took the vehicle to our local dealer and I was accused of getting the mat wet. When I finally convinced the dealer to replace it, he ordered a new mat. That one came in also falling apart and sticking to the clear package it was sent in. The parts mgr. contacted Ford and to this date, Ford has not gotten back to him about how they intend on handeling this issue.
