While driving on the expressway the oil filter cae out. Ford initially stated that I had to have hit something to make filter come out and that is considered a accident that is not covered by the warranty. After further conversation they found out that over 2 months ago I had the oil change at another company, and they still refused to pay. Another mechanic stated that if the oil filter was put in wrong it would have amme out way before two months, and ford still refuses to pay.
