A month after we bought this the engine light came on..had it for a few years and the transmission messed up...I have kids so its dangerous to drive this, when you put in forward and it goes in reverse....should of known about this thing considering when we bought it, it already had another transmission on it..serious piece of sh*t!

Happy day ... I just traded this clunker in yesterday! Horrible transmission issues. It started with rough, jerky, clunky shifts between gears three months ago. By the time I sent it on it's way, there was no way to tell if the van was in Park, Reverse, Neutral or Drive. To move from gear to gear in the end, it felt like you were trying to align tumblers in a safe.

Mystery gear driving. What I thought was park was reverse, reverse neutral, neutral drive. A few dangerous hops back into a van I thought I had put in park but which was rolling backwards.

We spent good money on regular maintenance for the vehicle. We had just dumped $2,000 into the beast in the spring so no more.

Since i bought this car last year its been one problem or the other. This is the second time am having the same problem with the car. And they said it will cost about a thousand dollars to fix.I dont have such budget now and thank God i had a parking space to dump it.
The gear in this car just refused to work well and most of the time it will heat up the wheels and the tires at a very high temperature. Can somebody help me on a lasting measure on how to fix this gear problem once and for all.Thanks.
