Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

2004 Yukon customer states that in Dec began experiencing a rattle that became louder over a period of a couple weeks* the dealer stated that the rattling was due to the car being in need of lubricated body mount cushions. The consumer states, now it is Jan 2007 and problem is recurring. The consumer states the website has numerous complaints dealing with this same issue. GMC has even created a lubrication kit for the intermediate steering column, but the lubricant only silences the problem for a while.
