Honda is useless for customer service. Transfer and deny any knowledge of the problem is all they do for you.

Update from Aug 25, 2014: Honda has the worst customer service I have ever had to contact. I was transferred seven times before they sent me back to where I started. Completely Useless.

Honda needs to recall the rear upper control arms for 2007 Honda Civics. Extreme road noise, uneven tire wear on inside and a vibration when driving at high way speeds. This is an example of a company not willing to take full responsibility for an engineering flaw. The camber of the factory control arms is not correct. I am so fed up with companies that market themselves as being customer focus driven, when in fact they wont fix problems they created. I missed the deadline for the class action lawsuit that provided financial reimbursement for this problem. Does that mean the problems disappeared? Nope, it means I have to pay for big HONDA's failure to stand up for what is right. Thank you Honda, I won't be buying your products anymore.

The loud vibrations are getting louder every time I use my car. I get worried that it will eventually break while I am in the car. I want Honda to fix it for free since its there mistake.

Terrible noise from rear end on highway driving for several years, but now getting worse. Passengers unable to converse in car with windows closed. For several years I thought the noise was due to all weather tires, but with the unusual tire wear and frequency of replacement of tires, and now seeing Service Bullitin 08-001 Feb 5, 2009, and from taking the car in to the Honda dealer, I'm convinced this is the problem. There's no recall on this from Honda and I think there should be. I now have to order the parts from the US and have them shipped to Germany since the German Honda dealer's part numbers don't match the US part numbers.

Honda says too bad so sad! Its out of warranty won't honor the service bulletin on rear

control arms sagging causing extremely loud noise from rear of vehicle when driving. The

radio on heavy metal can't drown out the noise. What a "pain in the ASS, I mean REAR."
