Shifter got stuck. Unable to shift. It turned out to be the clutch spring plate that hold the springs broke. The spring got stuck inside the pressure plate and broke in 30 pieces. It looks like to be common on Honda Elements with 120000 to 130000 miles. If you have one with more than 100000 miles change the clutch as soon as possible. Not an easy task to replace the clutch. Very expensive too.
