Honda, knowling and admittedly, has a defect, regarding its Element / passenger seat, in which, no one ever rides in, execept for a pair of pumps! No place in the the manual do they disclose the fact that "nothing can / should be placed in this seat, ie laptops, pumps , keys, all of the things, that we as single people throw in our front / pass., seat, as they are under 85lbs and trigger the SRS light to continuously be displayed in the driver's pane, which could prevent the Airbag from ejecting, when needed! Todate the Honda corp., 1800-999-1009 /Ext. 117735 (Matt,) Ext.117734 (Gladys,) left a message on my phone acknowledging that it was a honda issue, after she first lied about the person with whom I need to speak! Matt, the so call "manager," was just as rude, with his unprofessional verbiage, "you're getting all worked up!" I had to remind him that I am a customer, not a prize-fighter and I resent the use of the words, above!
I am pushing for honda to fix my car free of charge and for them to inform the buyers of this vehicle, that you can't even sit a set of keys on the pass., seat, as it is under the weight, as noted above and will trigger / cause the light to go into a defective mode!
This should be a Recall issue, as it is very Dangerous! Lastly, since when is it acceptable for the Honda / Corp., / Muhamid (CSR,) to tell me in his broken dialect "you don't want to upset Honda!" Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
