The seat belts are now integrated into the front seats of the Element... not mounted to the door pillar like they used to be. The problem is that it puts so much pressure on my left shoulder that its extremely uncomfortable. I had to wrap a bungee cord around the belt from the above door grab bar to hold the seat belt off my shoulder. When I mentioned this to the dealer they just blew it off.
