The car accelerates incorrectly making it unsafe to drive. No matter how much gas you give it, the car will only go 15 mph. This can cause serious accidents, especially when entering a highway or turning left. The only warning you get is a light on the dashboard. The problem on the computer test shows a P2138(37) code.
