Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Air conditioning condenser - cut on air conditioning after winter, would not cool. Taken to local dealer, bill gatton Honda in bristol, tn. Told road debris through condenser, not covered under 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty (we had also purchased extended 100,000 mile warranty). This vehicle is driven lightly around town, no high speed highways (interstates, etc.). aware that Honda has had class action litigation for identical complaint with other Honda vehicles (Odyssey van, Acura, civic, etc.), therefore, it is obvious that this is a design in the automobiles, and should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Second repair that has been denied under new vehicle warranty. Other denied damage is headliner pulled away on driver's side. Repair cost, with Honda part, is atrocious; warranty is voided is use off market part. Consumer caught between rock and hard place.

- Bristol, TN, USA
