Failure of the front brake rotors. Began with brake pulsation. Rotors completely warped. Brake pads worn. Both replaced at owner's expense $456.86. Chrysler refuses to acknowledge problem. Chrysler file/case # 5801654. Owner told not covered under original warranty even though service bulletin exists SB980828050398!!! Chrysler will not cover any expense for repair. Owner spoke with Chrysler customer service 3 times in the same day. Owner was told over and over that pads and rotors are only covered up to 12,000 miles. Owner believes that the problem existed due to defective original manufacturer's parts.

Front and rear brake rotors have warped three times and continue to warp. Dealer will not acknowledge a problem. I am concerned that the problem will escalate causing an accident.
