The consumer is experienced a recurring problem with the brakes. The problems are as followed: Shimmying, squeaking/squealing in the brake system, shimmy/shake in the steering wheel, and warped rotors. The vehicle is was still under warranty, but the consumer was told that there was no way possible that this problem could be covered by warranty, and learned from the dealer that they are aware of the problem, which is a caliper problem. (which indicates that the problem will occur again) the rotors were refaced and resurfaced, and the pads were resurfaced. Refer to ODI#768226
