Gas cap failure. Engine warning light comes on. Returned car to dealer to have engine light turned off. Replaced gas cap at $45 cost.

Whenever the consumer attempted to fuel the vehicle fuel spilled onto the ground. There were recalls on the fuel filler neck and the canister assembly. The recalls have been repaired, but the problem still persists. Dealer explained that they were obligated to make the repairs once, then consumer has to pay for any other repairs.
