The jack was not in compliance with driver's needs. The jack would not lift the tire off the ground when the jack was at its fully extended height. The consumer had to put a piece of wood under the jack to lift the tire off the ground. While putting the jack down it fell apart, causing the vehicle to fall down to the ground. There were no injuries or fatalities to report.
