The park brake came apart and caused a lot of damage to the entire braking system including the rotor. I stopped using the car when I started hearing noises. When I called the dealer for an appointment, I was told it would be 9 days for earliest appointment. I made appointment, but when I took the car in, they said it would be the next day before they could even let me know the problem. They called the next day with the bad news and said they would have to order the parts and don't know yet when I'll get my car back. They do not have loaner cars and I have been without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks and don't know when I'll get my car back. I'm having to pay a $512.00 estimate, could be more, and still have no ride.
