Just unhappy of what has transpired over the course of the month dealing with multiple issue with the car itself. Did have the car for a year and the car already has engine issue. Took it to my first trip to Iowa 7 hour drive. Half way to the drive the radio over heated. Had to stop at a gas station for 30mins for the radio to come back on. Then a week after I got back out of no where I started hearing my car knock when I start it and when I step on the gas. Not a mechanic but I worked around cars to know that sound does not sound good.

Took it to Autozone and advise me to take it in the dealer since I have warranty on it. Took it in April 30 drop it off cause I did not feel comfortable driving it. Asked for a loaner but dealership did not have one. Which was fine last min. but come Monday 5/2/16 they said they will provide me with one, still nothing NO CAR, NO UPDATE ON CAR. Top that off the guy said there was an issue with the radio and that they can fix it but it's not covered in the extended warranty I got.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A WARRANTY IF ITS NOT COVERED. I've heard so much BAD about you guy but I give the company benefit of the doubt that as a company things has changed but I was wrong. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, MAKES ME REGRET BUYING A JEEP.

Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 6,000 miles

This Jeep is a Trail Hawk edition which has the capability of all terrain option. You can push a button inside the vehicle and the vehicle will lift or lower depending on the terrain you are driving on. I am not sure if this option is related to the issue or not but it seems it could be. When I idle at a light, I can hear and feel a vibration from the engine, almost as if some part was built too close to the firewall. I notified the dealer who leased it to me and he said if it didn't affect the way the car drove to not bother having it looked at since it is a lease. I thought I would mention this issue in case anyone actually purchased this vehicle and is having a similar issue.
