I had a creaking noise that started out anytime I went over a speed bump. Took it to the shop and they said the sway bar bushings were bad. They checked it, but knew the issue before they even diagnosed it because it is such a common problem with Jeeps. Jeep created these sway bar bushings so you cannot lubricate them like most other vehicles. I was told you have to replace the whole sway bar because they made it all one part. Although it is an easy fix to do yourself, this should not happen on a vehicle that is 2 years old. If you want to use enclosed bushings, at least make it a quality part.
