I have had this 2016 Grand Cherokee High Altitude less than 2 months. 3 times so far there is a grinding noise when I had it in reverse. It's not always happening but the 3rd time I knew there was an issue that needed to be checked. The 1st time it happened, I thought I ran over something or somehow knocked it out of gear. I checked around the vehicle but there was nothing. The 2nd time...I was curious as to why.....after the 3rd time...Its a problem. Brand New vehicle....but it also hesitates when driving normal. I used Jeep Connect to complain, they called back a few days later but I missed the call. Today I dropped it off at the dealer to have them look into it
