My rear windshield shattered without any reason. It was a cold morning (30F). I used the remote start feature to turn on the car. When I start the car and start moving, I heard the shattering sound and my whole back windshield is broken. There we no scratches and prior damages on the back windshield.

I have had 2-3 windows blow out on my truck for no apparent reason. I am afraid that the front wi shield is going to blow when I am driving and I will get hurt and/or die. I am a single parent and need a vehicle to be safe. The dealership is being difficult and won-€™t look into why it keeps happening. The warrenty won-€™t cover it either as they don-€™t cover glass. I want them to look into why it is occur if or give me my money back. They don-€™t seem to take this problem seriously.
