Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Important this is translated from spanish to english in google translator. My reason for my complaint is, to help me with the problem I have, really do not know if this merchant exists or is something ghost. I have tried to communicate with the seller and with the local dealer but it is impossible no answer, as the place is far to go, I have not yet had the opportunity to go to the local. For this reason I think I am a victim of fraud. I have also tried to communicate with them using barios phone number, but it is impossible not answer. Saturday 22 October 2016 I was cleaning the SUV when I realize that the passenger seat lacks a turnillo and safety belts of defects are removed. I quickly call the seller but not answered. That same day I informed my mechanic avia come to my house, told my SUV has a water leak and burned in the muffler, when my check mechanic tells me is not water is oil, again I contact the seller and I sent him a text message and does not answer me, my mechanic informs me, the trader can not sell tire truck with bad quality, my SUV the tire are worn, not really sap that information. Until today I call and leave a text message to the seller but he does not answer when I call the merchant I end the call. For this reason I think I am a victim of fraud. Please ask for help because now I have no car and not think it's sure I use the SUV in these conditions, another thing I want to add on the water leak, the reality is that the radiator is broken, the seller lied to me deceived me, the me I swindled. That day when I got home it was night, I when I get home check the part of the front of the SUV, the part where the engine is, the water reservoir had no water, for me that was strange and contact the seller, I told the salesman that the water reservoir had no water, the seller told me that was normal.

I bought the car used after I've been hit in the back from somebody and I no longer had my Subaru or the money to buy another Subaru so I was stuck buying this car in the meantime and the windows work but only for a little bit 6 hours after I bought the car the engine light turned on course it didn't have any transmission fluid so I put some in but one window dropped had to pull it out and now the driver door does completely will not roll up or rolled down and then I see that they have done some work to it because I didn't notice when I bought it that the door has power they have opened it another issue is that I washed my car when I call the person that bought it was a little small dealership I stated that I washed the car he stated to me to me "you washed the car?" I said yes I didn't ask any questions however the next day the front left headlight went out and it cost me $15 so not sure what else I can do it appears that there was a recall there is a recall on the fuel tanker what not they can catch fire I would like the recall to be repaired also I should have noticed that the car occasionally randomly feel like it's fishtailing while I'm driving I was struck by a vehicle on the freeway while I was walking after my Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had prior to my Subaru completely died on the middle of the freeway I began to walk to the call box when I was struck by a car so I have to have a safe car I am a single mother and grandmother thank you for your attention in this matter.

Rear lower control arm on drivers side broke while traveling down highway #81 outside of columbus, ne. Total steering control was lost nearly causing a probable severe accident. My local repair shop checked and found a recall for this, (recall # L27120613-010) called Chrysler and was informed that the recall did not include Nebraska. Does not the lives and wellfare of us here in nebrask deserve the same protections as do other states?

We have had the lower ball joints front replaced, the rear lower control arms replaced and now the rear upper control arms are corroded and showing stress cracks. In reading the other incidents it appears that the vehicle is not able to be controlled when the control arms fracture completely. No recall on this yet but there should be as the rear lower and upper control arms are both affected by the salt and inclement weather in Minnesota. This is a hazard and should be replaced by the manufacturer to be a safe vehicle. The whole rear suspension sounds like it is about to disengage from the vehicle. 113,000 mileage. Our mechanic has repeatedly recommended replacing the upper control arms at the cost of $1200.

My Jeep was great until 125,000 miles and we'll here we go... first I thought my brakes were going out and had the pads replaced, then they started "sticking" or so I thought, almost causing me to lose control going 65mph. The brakes still are not safe in my opinion after every part was replaced. I just had the hoses to the steering pump replaced and the problem still persists, only now my engine is idling at 1200 rpms in park? please help.. $1000 later and I'm no better off. Thanks. The vehicle is currently smoking under the hood and emits a strong smell of brake fluid. Also it struggles to get up hills with rpms at 2500 going only 55mph. I may be a woman but I know my car and I know it's very dangerous, whatever it may be.

Left rear lower control arm completely broke into from rust corrosion with driving on highway causing vehicle to become highly unstable and nearly uncontrollable. Upon inspection of vehicle it was apparent that right side lower control arm as well as the upper rear control arm are highly corroded. This is an extremely dangerous issue. Upon investigation there is a recall for this in certain states but North Carolina is not included.

On my 2004 Jeep Liberty I have had the lower front ball joints replace a few years back by the F23 recall. This week as I was replacing upper control arms, which come pre assembled with the ball joint, I noticed the boots for the lower ball joints were again damaged. I also noticed that there is a loud noise when going over unsmooth surface roads, etc. I am thinking this could be caused by the rear upper control arm. Now I'm not a professional mechanic, but common sense tells me that the engineering on the suspension has been compromised. I contacted Chrysler, who told me to contact a dealer, who told me they would get back to me on this problem. I also experienced multiple window regulator problems, along with recalls on the air bags system as well as gas tank protection recalls.

While driving lost control of vehicle and almost wrecked at only 20 mph. Vehicle was uncontrollable driving and when brakes are applied caused vehicle to swerve into oncoming traffic. Had vehicle towed and checked by Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Found that the lower control arm had rusted through and broken. Found recall on NHTSA website for 04-05 Jeep liberties for said problem. However this vehicle was sold out of olathe ks to a kc Missouri resident and the Kansas dealer was not notified of recall because ks was not on the list mo was. Many mo residents in Kansas City mo buy products in Kansas City ks therefore a complete oversight by Chrysler Jeep has created what I think is a serious concern.
