Bring in my car for service and after the service was completed. Next day I realized smog from the tailpipe was very unusual. My wife was driving one night to the store. Other passing vehicles had to avoids bring too close to the car. They were honking their horn to notify her about the smog coming out from the tailpipe. After my wife and 2yrs old baby return home. She was telling me the situation. I observes the tailpipe for two days. True enough smog from the tailpipe was extremely more than usual. Therefore, I brought it back to the Dealer, with my warranty is fully cover. I explain the situation about the tailpipe. He told me that he'll have the service people do a diagnostic. After, leaving my car there for 4 days. He called me back and said they run all the diagnostic test and cannot duplicate the complaint. So they released my car back to me without fixing anything on 9/25/18 evening. Today 9/26/18 in the morning, the tailpipe is still having smog coming out abnormally. Therefore, I writing this complaint for advises and help from anyone. What should my next step be? Thank you all...
