Mazda TSB #01-017-22
2021 Mazda CX-30
TSB Document:
Affected Component: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING
- Summary
- Some vehicles may experience an engine stall when hard accelerating from a stop (often difficult to reproduce on a test drive), no codes are stored and the vehicle easily restarts with no other drivability concerns. This is only caused in certain situations by the torque reduction calibration in the PCM software. To correct this issue, the control software of the PCM has been modified to optimize the torque reduction feature.
