The contact owns a 2014 Mazda Cx-5. the contact stated that the passenger side seat belt had difficulty latching and would unlatch independently. The failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 65,000.
